I built Santa Fund ($SFUND) as a fully automated on-chain system on Solana. Everything is driven by code. There are no manual actions, no hidden switches, and no discretionary control once the system is running. The bot operates in fixed execution cycles. On each cycle, it collects creator fees in SOL and only works with the amount that was actually claimed — the wallet balance itself is never touched. From the claimed amount, the bot applies a fixed split: 35% is used for buyback and immediate burn, permanently removing tokens from circulation 35% is distributed to holders, based on a live snapshot of the top holders at the time of the cycle 30% is sent to the fund wallet, reserved for liquidity, tooling, and long-term sustainability If there are fewer eligible holders in a cycle, the unused portion of the holder allocation is automatically redirected to the fund wallet. No SOL is wasted, and no extra logic is applied.
